We offer a ‘no surprises' approach to fees so you know exactly what you are paying for. UC Accommodation Student Village fees consist of a one-off administration fee, a Residents' Association fee, a contingency fee (refundable), and a weekly residential fee including evening meals and all utilities. Car parking and bed linen are available as optional extras.
