As a Resident Assistant (RA) at Ilam Apartments you will enjoy the experience of being an integral part of shaping our Village community spirit and activities over the coming year.
You'll get access to ongoing leadership training, First Aid qualifications and some unique opportunities that only the RA team will be exposed to.
The application process:
| September – applications are called for |
| Mid September – all applicants and existing RAs have an information evening and social gathering |
| From there, a short list is formed and interviews set up for early October |
| Congratulatory dinner with successful candidates and returning RAs. |
