CONTRACT TERMINATION FEE

It is anticipated that all residents will honour the term of their agreement. Events do occur that result in residents needing to vacate their rooms.

Early release of contract is at the discretion of the Village Director but residents do forfeit their $500 contingency fee and will be charged a minimum fee that is the equivilaent of four weeks residential fee for their room.

Residential agreements signed and subsequently terminated, in writing, before January 27 2010, will receive the $500 Contingency Fee back (please note the $200 Administration Fee is non refundable) and will not be liable for any room payments.
