INITIAL FEES

An Administration Fee of $200.00.
Payable at time of acceptance of offer. Compulsory, non-refundable.

A Contingency Fee of $500.00.
Payable at time of acceptance of offer. Compulsory, refundable.

A Residential Services Fee of $150.00 (p.a. or pro-rata)
Includes things like data connection to your room (not data usage) and carpet cleaning etc.  Payable before arrival. Compulsory, non-refundable.

Car parking (additional fee)
Is charged for those wanting a car park. (First in first served). Paid after arrival.

A Bed Linen Pack of $80, if required. Paid after arrival.
