RESIDENT ASSISTANTS

The RA’s are here to support you while you are at Ilam Apartments and have the betterment of the community as their priority.

They assist in organising functions and social events, student orientation, arrival and departure procedures, security and the general all round well being of the residents. They are very approachable and love nothing more than getting to know the residents.

Please do not hesitate to contact them for any information, assistance, support or just a friendly chat.
Because they are students themselves, the RA understand the stress that you can be under and may be able to help you deal with it by showing you new study techniques or just by offering a sympathetic ear. Their individual phone numbers and flat numbers are posted on the office door and will be in the first newsletter. Please keep a note of them by your phone.

The RA's training is designed to facilitate the smooth running of the community and to ensure your stay with us is a safe and enjoyable experience.

RA are on call all night so if there is an emergency or a disturbance, please do not hesitate to contact them on extension 52999.
