residential services fee

The residential services fee of $150 covers such items as supplying the data connection for the internet in your room, the supply of the phone & voice mail.  In addition this fee also includes each residents share of the annual carpet cleaning.

This fee is payable by all residents regardless of their room or situation. The data connection will allow you access to the University of Canterbury internet once you have set up an account with the University which will include internet access.  

Local calls are free of charge and you are able to purchase a phone card for any other calls you wish to make.
