From day one Ilam Apartments organises events to enable its residents to meet each other, make friends, have fun and really get the most out of this wonderful multi cultural community. 

These events vary from large village wide events such as our Cultural Extravaganza and Mid Winter Christmas Ball to smaller cultural, sporting and social events all designed to encourage interaction. 

BBQ's are available for your use as are two large fully equipped common rooms.
