SUMMARY OF FEES FOR 2010
INITIAL FEES
An Administration Fee of $200.00.
Payable at time of acceptance of offer. Compulsory, non-refundable.
A Contingency Fee of $500.00.
Payable at time of acceptance of offer. Compulsory, refundable. This fee is also refundable if you withdraw your application (in writing) before 28 January 2010.
A Residential Services Fee of $150.00 (p.a. or pro-rata)
includes things like data collection adn carpet cleaning etc. Payable before arrival. Compulsory, non-refundable.
Car parking (additional fee)
Is charged for those wanting a car park. (First in first served). Paid after arrival.
A Bed Linen Pack, if required. Paid after arrival.

Payment options for all residents –
Ilam Residents will have the option of three different payment methods for their Agreement with UC Accommodation
- One full payment paid by Thursday 28th January 2010.
- Two equal sums paid before the start of each semester. The first payment is due on Thursday 28th January 2010 and the second payment is due on 17th June 2010.
- Four equal sums paid before the start of each term. The first payment is due on Thursday 28th January 2010, the second is due Thursday 8th April, the third payment is due on 17th June 2010 and the fourth payment is due Thursday 26th August 2010.
When committing to a Residential Agreement at UC Accommodation, you are agreeing to pay all relevant fees associated with the choice of accommodation that you have been offered.
Residents are welcome to stay at Ilam Apartments longer than the contracted date and will receive an additional invoice for extra days incurred. This invoice will be at the same rate as the original agreement.
