INITIAL FEES

An Administration Fee of $200.00.
Payable at time of acceptance of offer. Compulsory, non-refundable.

A Contingency Fee of $500.00.
Payable at time of acceptance of offer. Compulsory, refundable. This fee is also refundable if you withdraw your application (in writing) before 27 January 2010.

A Residential Services Fee of $150.00 (p.a. or pro-rata)
This covers things such as data connectivity to room, telephone and your share of carpet cleaning and the end of contract period.. Payable before arrival. Compulsory, non-refundable.

Car parking $90
Is charged for those wanting a car park. (First in first served). Paid after arrival.

A Bed Linen Pack of $80
If required. Paid after arrival.

RESIDENTIAL FEES 2010

Sonoda is a semi catered dinner only Hall of Residence.  The weekly fee includes 7 evening meals per week as part of the residential agreement.

Payment options

Residents will have the option of three different payment methods for their Agreement with UC Accommodation

• One full payment paid by Thursday 28th January 2010.
• Two equal sums paid before the start of each semester. The first payment is due on Thursday 28th January 2010 and the second payment is due on 17th June 2010.
• Four equal sums paid before the start of each term. The first payment is due on Thursday 28th January 2010, the second is due Thursday 8th April, the third payment is due on 17 June and the forth payment is due Thursday 26th August 2010.

Residents whose stay at Sonoda is longer than the contracted date will receive an additional invoice for extra days incurred.
