Residential Services Fee

The Residential Services Fee covers such items as supplying the data connection for the internet to your room, the supply of the phone and voice mail to thephone.  In addition to this the fee covers the residents share of the annual carpet cleaning.  This fee is payable by all residents regardless of their room or situation.

Local calls are free of charge and you are able to purchase a phone card for any other calls you wish to make.
