ABOUT THE FEES

When committing to a Residential Agreement at Sonoda you are agreeing to pay a number of relevant fees associated with the choice of accommodation that you have been offered.

 

INITIAL FEES

An Administration Fee of $200.00.
Payable at time of acceptance of offer. Compulsory, non-refundable.

A Contingency Fee of $500.00.
Payable at time of acceptance of offer. Compulsory, refundable.

A Residential Services Fee of $150.00 (p.a. or pro-rata)
This includes things like the data connection to your room (not data usage), carpet cleaning at the end of your contract and other services supplied to residents. Payable before arrival. Compulsory, non-refundable.

Car parking $90
Is charged for those wanting a car park. (First in first served). Paid after arrival.
