Car Parking

An annual charge is paid to the Hall administration on arrival and allows a resident to park in the Hall car parks only. If you wish to use the student car parks on the University campus you pay the University directly at the Security office on Level One of the main Library.

Contract Termination Fee

It is anticipated that all residents will honour the term of their agreement. Events do occur that result in residents needing to vacate their rooms.

Early release of contract is at the discretion of the Village Director but residents do forfeit their $500 contingency fee and will be charged a minimum fee that is the equivalent of four weeks residential fee for their room.

Residential agreements signed and subsequently terminated before January 27th of the new year, will receive the $500 Security Deposit back (please note the $200 Administration Fee is non–refundable).
