RESIDENT SUPPORT

We care a lot about how you fare and the key to life at University Hall is the “Key Group”.

One of the first people you will meet is your Key Group leader who is a member of the residential staff team. We put the Key Groups together with care and activities will be planned with your Key Group from day one. However there will be chances to find other new friends in your courses and tutorial groups, at the gym, in University Hall social and sporting groups and randomly, that seems to be the University Hall way.

Peer Support & the Residential Assistants

RA are selected for their capabilities to take on additional responsibilities above their workload as a student and for their personal qualities. They undergo an intensive two week training programme while you are enjoying the last of the summer vacation and are well equipped to cope with the myriad of issues that can present themselves. Campus Living Villages is currently developing a mentor programme to further assist RA grow their leadership capabilities.
