2010 RESIDENTIAL FEES
This is the fee for occupying a room at the Hall and enjoying the facilities of the Hall for residents.
After accepting an offer of accommodation at the Hall, you are required to sign a formal Residential Agreement with the Hall. The agreement will set out in detail the arrangements for the occupation of a room in the Hall and the rights and obligations of both you and the Hall.
The Hall offers numerous accommodation types to suit different requirements and budgets.

Payment options
Residents will have the option of three different payment methods for their Agreement with UC Accommodation
- One full payment paid by Thursday 28th January 2010.
- Two equal sums paid before the start of each semester. The first payment is due on Thursday 28th January 2010 and the second payment is due on 17th June 2010.
- Four equal sums paid before the start of each term. The first payment is due on Thursday 28th January, the second is due Thursday 8th April, the third payment is due on 17th June and the forth payment is due Thursday 26th August 2010.
