Residential Services Fee

The Residential Services Fee covers such items as supplying the data connection for the internet to the room (not data usage), the supply of the telephone & voice mail.  In addition, this fee also includes each residents share of the annaul carpet cleaning.

This fee is payable by all residents regardless of their room or situation.

Local calls are free of charge and you are able to purchase a phone card for any other calls you wish to make.
